Geared up

I've heard this somewhere before, in drawing people, 'proportion' is very important. Apparently I didn't caught any proportion at all as I drew it in a hurry. Excuses, sorry about that. Anyway, care to have a guess (he's a celeb). Jc life seems like a horror now.
